I Am Arnolda
My name comes from a dream that my mother had when she gave birth to me. My name in a way marked my life journey. I have become an Actress, a Director, I have become an energetic healer, a coach, an educator, and have taken many identities yet one thing stayed the same: the intuitive guidance through it all that led me to breakthroughs of Self.
Guiding people has become the biggest part of my life. I always create a safe space for the most authentic, natural and playful parts of people to come out without any effort.
Leading and guiding groups through many creative processes, team building groups for companies of various industries, teaching in performative arts Academies in Europe, wherever I went, I saw universal human needs and traits, allowing me to research human condition and “Upper Ceilings” to our Life Stories that all of us have.
Mostly, the healing and transformational work allowed me to see the child in each one of us that always seeks to play with the world from the most innocent way possible. That is so unconditionally attentive and attuned to everything - it is kind of that exploratory phase of the world that we have when we are children. Seeing everything for the first time, the curiosity to live that we all have up to a certain age. And with this inner activating work we allow it to be reignited once again as adults - for the taste of Life within the precious time that we all have here.
